The rate card
One rate per event day for exclusive use of the ranch. Weekdays are priced for crews and teams; weekends match our wedding day rate, so a planner sees one number everywhere. Everything else is a separate line, priced the same for every customer.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or the 3.6% payment processing charge; both are itemized on your quote. A 25% deposit holds your dates; the balance is due 30 days before your first day. Furniture, the Western Experience attractions and catering beyond the cookout are quoted on request. Only a Ranch Day or a half day closes the ranch to the public; an afternoon in the picnic area while we stay open is a private event, $900 for 4 hours, booked online.

Terms
The same terms at every size of booking
- PricesIn US dollars, before applicable taxes and the 3.6% payment processing charge, both itemized on your quote or checkout.
- PayingA 4-hour party or private event is paid in full online when you book. Ceremonies, exclusive days and weekends are held by a 25% non-refundable deposit, a further 25% at 90 days, and the balance with the final count at 30 days.
- HoursA party or private event is 4 hours, all in, and extra hours are $200. An exclusive day is 6 event hours plus the setup and breakdown window on your quote, and extra hours are $390. Amplified music ends at 10:00 PM.
- Exclusive useOnly an exclusive day, a weekend or a facility buyout closes the ranch to the public. A party, a private event or a bluff ceremony runs while the barn stays open.
- FoodAny licensed, insured caterer, with no fee and no commission; parties may bring a food truck. Ask about the Cowboy Cookout.
- Horses and animalsEvery horse stays with a handler, and every participant signs the Participant Agreement first; a parent or guardian signs for a minor.
