This page is for teams that want the venue and bring their own agenda: a private ranch on the Pacific bluffs, closed to the public for your day. If you want us to run a facilitated leadership program with the horses, that is our corporate team day.
An exclusive day gives you the ranch from setup to breakdown: the hay barn and the lawn, the arena and the bluff, and parking for more than a hundred vehicles. Comparable ranch venues are in Sonoma, Napa or Santa Cruz, an hour each way.
Teams that need longer keep the pods on the bluff, eat a Cowboy Cookout at the barn and start the next morning by the ocean.

Step 1 Send your dates
The form on this page: your dates, what the day is for, how many people and whether the team stays over.
Step 2 Read your written quote
It arrives by email within minutes: the venue day at the published rate, any pods, meals and a ranch hand, each its own line.
Step 3 Accept online to hold the dates
Sign and pay the 25% non-refundable deposit online and the dates come off the market. A further 25% is due 90 days before your first day, and the balance, with your final numbers, 30 days before.
This is the venue by the day, and you run your own agenda. The corporate packages are facilitated leadership programs with horses, catering and facilitation in one price, and they run while the ranch stays open unless you add the facility buyout.

The same terms at every size of booking
- PricesIn US dollars, before applicable taxes and the 3.6% payment processing charge, both itemized on your quote or checkout.
- PayingA 4-hour party or private event is paid in full online when you book. Ceremonies, exclusive days and weekends are held by a 25% non-refundable deposit, a further 25% at 90 days, and the balance with the final count at 30 days.
- HoursA party or private event is 4 hours, all in, and extra hours are $200. An exclusive day is 6 event hours plus the setup and breakdown window on your quote, and extra hours are $390. Amplified music ends at 10:00 PM.
- Exclusive useOnly an exclusive day, a weekend or a facility buyout closes the ranch to the public. A party, a private event or a bluff ceremony runs while the barn stays open.
- FoodAny licensed, insured caterer, with no fee and no commission; parties may bring a food truck. Ask about the Cowboy Cookout.
- Horses and animalsEvery horse stays with a handler, and every participant signs the Participant Agreement first; a parent or guardian signs for a minor.
- Horse ridesWhen you book horse rides, you get as many rides as a single horse can give in your booked time. Each ride includes fitting a helmet, getting the rider on and off, and doing the laps, so the number of rides varies. For a larger group, you may want to book two horses.
