How to Lead People and Influence Horses: The Leadership Course

This is not horses as a metaphor for leadership. It is the same trade, looked at from two angles. Over eighteen modules you will learn to read before you act, to ask smaller, and to release on time, through the stories of Ocean View Stables and the engineering floors, war rooms and sales teams where the same lessons were learned.

Each module follows the book: a story from the barn, the same lesson inside a building, the framework named plainly, then one practice called Take it to the barn that you do with real people that week. Every module comes with a short video for each lesson, a printable field guide and workbook (key ideas, the practice checklist, a seven-day log, journal prompts and a cut-out reference card), and a five-question check. The course ends with the Horseman's Agreement, ten promises adapted for the people you lead, and a ninety-day plan.
