Two riders on horseback at the edge of the Pacific below the Daly City bluffs

Conference team outings Trade show one day. Trail ride to the Pacific the next.

Your team is already in San Francisco for the show. A half day on a working ranch fits before the afternoon flights.

The outing

A half day, not a travel day

Most conference team outings are a dinner. This one is a half day on a working horse ranch on the Pacific bluffs: a facilitated session on the ground with the horses, a guided ride toward the ocean for those who want one, and lunch at the barn.

It works because of where the ranch is. Moscone to the gate is about twenty minutes and SFO about twelve, so nobody books another flight and nobody loses a day to a coach up to wine country.

Teams that want quiet can hold the pods for the conference week: private units on the bluff, each rented whole, away from the convention hotels. Need a quiet room for calls between sessions without staying over? Co-Work by the Sea rents a pod by the hour, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
