About Our Team
Cancellation requests for paid appointments (which guests can't self-cancel in the portal). Process each ticket: verify the booking, cancel it in Calendar/Appointments, and issue a gift-card credit for the amount the guest paid. If the appointment is MORE than 24 hours away, auto-issue the full-amount gift card. If it is WITHIN 24 hours, escalate to Zachary for approval before issuing. Store credit only - no cash refunds (per our No-Refund policy).
