At Ocean View Stables, we’re bringing your dream photoshoot to life — complete with hand-selected horses, experienced handlers, and a location unlike any other. With ocean views, rolling hills, rustic barns, and private trails that lead straight to the beach, this isn’t just a photoshoot — it’s an unforgettable experience.

Whether you’re capturing bridal portraits, fashion content, western editorials, or simply creating personal memories with a horse, we have the perfect setting and the perfect horse.

What’s Included

All packages include:

  • A gentle, photogenic horse suited to your theme
  • A professional horse handler to assist throughout the session
  • Access to our facility’s most scenic photo locations:
    • ocean views from the bluffs
    • Barn & round pen
    •  beach  access (optional upgrade)

Photoshoot Package Options

Standard Session – $250 (1.5 Hours)

Perfect for quick shoots or solo portraits

  • 1.5 horse + handler
  • Ocean view pasture and arena access
  • Guided posing and interaction assistance

➕ Add-Ons

  • Additional Horse: +$150

Good to Know

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver
  • All riding shots must be pre-approved for safety
  • Professional photographers welcome — ask us if you need recommendations
  • Our team is here to support your vision, from horse prep to set coordination

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

1. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will issue you a credit for the full amount paid, good toward any future booking. Credits do not expire.

2. Rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no charge any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time, subject to availability.

3. Less than 24 hours' notice, day-of contact, or no-show: Your time slot and horse(s) are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked by other guests. If you do not contact us before the day of your appointment, your appointment is considered fulfilled: no refund and no credit will be issued.

4. Cancellations by us: If we cancel your appointment for any reason (including weather or safety conditions), you may choose either a full refund or a full credit for future use.
